Notes: Observed in a suburban neighborhood on mesic, tropical, insular lowland plateau, growing at the edge of a strip of lawn between the sidewalk and street at the edge of a driveway. Measurements were taken and images recorded over the course of three days, Sep 5-7).

Day 1: The cap was closed, encased in its universal veil. Hole noted in cap. By night, the veil had begun to disintegrate into scales, the cap remained closed, the stem brown.
Day 2: The cap had opened into a convex shape, scales and hole remained, gills were white, annulus noted on stem, stem white above annulus.
Day 3: Cap had flattened into a nearly geometric conical shape. Gills had darkened, as had stem above annulus. Intended observations in late PM were not taken. The specimen had vanished. No residue was noted where it had been growing.
