Notes: Found in a fairy ring

Pileus: 28.0 cm across Dull, dry, White with brown universal veil. Darkened umbo. Gasteroid (with stipe) at immature age. Plane at mature stages.

Pileus:

Gills: Adnate, blue/green surface, even and white concolorous, regular with 3 lengths. Spacing is even from margins or center.

Stipe: Shiny, Fibrillose. White with some brown.

Annulus: Distinctive

Stipe: Width: 2.3 cm Length: 16.5 Central, silky, filbrillose, white with some darkening brown areas. Tapered at apex, stuffed with a fibrous center.

Spore Print: Appears to be white. (see pictures)

Spores: avocado shaped. Average width: 6.16 micrometers Average length: 8.45 micrometers
