Sticky brown caps with inrolled margins,White to light yellow pores when young but brighter yellow as they age; flesh white, unchanging. Stipe solid with unchanging white flesh. Annulus white at first then darking blackish. Cap peels easily. Pileipellis dark gray in KOH; greyish in NH4OH; Yellowish in FeSO4. Context Pinkish then grayish in KOH and NH4OH; Yellowish in FeSO4. Terrestrial about 20’ from Virginia Pine.
