Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: Pileus very regular, nearly circular when viewed from above.
Pellicle peelable 1/3 distance from margin to disc.
Taste mild, odor mild.
Very few lamellulae (2).
Lamellae pale yellow-cream colored. Some forked or joined.
FeSO4 negative, KOH negative on stipe
FeSO4 negative, KOH pale yellow-gold on cap
Pileocystidia negative in Sulphovanillin
Lamellar cystidia cylindrical
Cheilocystidia mucronate
Spores 8.3 × 7.8 μm, hilar appendage up to 2 μm long.
Reticulum well developed, few unconnected warts.
