Notes: Growing out of ground under coast redwood in clusters and pairs/solitary

Cap & stipe smooth indigo-grey, stipe hollow & fibrous with white base

Gills adnexed, white when young then turning pink/grey with age

Spore print peachy pink

*Could be Leptonia carnea, but doesn’t have scaly stipe/cap or farinaceous smell
