Notes: Habit: growing on soil, scattered on an open shady area
Pileus size: 3.0 to 6.0 cm
Pileus Color: Pinkish brown to cinnamon brown
Pileus surface: dull
Stipe surface: dull
Pileal Surface: some specimens were smooth and other were wrinkled
Pileal shape: Has no distinguish pileus. Cylindric shaped body, with a later enlarging at the top and appearing flattened.
Gill attachment: None
Odor/ Taste: Not distinctive
Latex: none
Location of stipe: Central. Has no distinguish stipe.
Annulus: None
Stipe surface: smooth with wrinkled parts
Stipe content: hollow or partially hollowed in the middle to stuffed.
Flesh: whitish. Staining brownish in places when sliced.
Stipe color: Pinkish brown to cinnamon brown, then becomes white toward the base
Stipe length: 4.0 to 10.0 cm ( fruiting body size)
Stipe width: 2.0 to 3.0 cm
Stipe base: mycelial pad
Volva type: None
