Notes:
Habitat: Decaying stump
Pileus: 3.6 cm of a dark tan color. Dry and dull. Smooth texture. Odd shaped nonstriated umbonate.
Gills: Adnate attachments with eggshell colored with even gills. Lactates a milky latex.
Stipe: Dry and dull with a smooth texture. Equal however curves towards the tree that it was growing on. Central attachment.
Spores: Ornamented circular spores.
