Notes: Habitat: Ground under leaves in a shady area.
Pileus: 2.5-4.3 cm. Red cap with yellow flesh that darkens quickly after being punctured. Smooth textured and broadly convex.
Pores in an adnexed like attachment that are a bright yellow and darken when punctured.
Stipe: Fibrillose stipe that tapers at the bottom. 0.6-0.7 cm wide and 4.1-4.8 cm long.
