Observation 187287: Craterellus tubaeformis (Bull.) Quél.

Multiple fruiting bodies on the edge of a rotted Doug fir stump. Troops of dense fruiting under surrounding evergreen huckleberry bushes. We find C. subalbidus, C. formosus, C. roseocanus, C. cascadensis, Hydnum umbilicatum, Hydnellum aurantiaca, and Craterellus tubeaformis beneath evergreen huckleberry in this 2nd growth Douglas fir canopy from August to December(weather willing).
