but not because the mushrooms are green. I agree with Britney about the hue being a photo artifact

When I blew the photo up, looked greenish to me.

seems more about incorrect lighting than the true color of the mushroom.

no greenish Agaricus I know of. Do you know of one?

This is not Agaricus. I don’t believe you dug the base up, which may have a cup-like structure at the base, or volva. The colorations looks like Amanita phalloides, a deadly-poisonous mushroom.
