Notes: Vibrantly orange/red gilled cort fruiting in moss beneath Douglas fir and Western hemlock trees. Odor of potatoes.

Elevation: 2200ft.

Temp: low 50’s.

Recognized by sight: I think this is a Dermocybe, not a Leprocybe (like C. clandestinus), but the two can be tough to tell apart. Easy with a KOH test
