Melanoleuca looks like a good proposal. Spore print is white. M. polioleuca (as described by Phillips on Rogers Mushrooms) seems like a fit. Plenty of cystidia, with many harpoon-shaped ones.

These are small mushrooms, the largest cap having diameter about 2 cm.
