Is a name for a little slimy-stiped wax cap with orange and yellow tones and a slimy stipe (so probably a Gliophorus). It has a little clear window in the center of the cap (unpigmented and translucent) hence the name fenestrae. It appears to be undescribed.

What’s Hygrocybe fenestrae?
