Notes: Ok, there are between 3-5 different species here, but Arora suggests that all small brown Inocybe can be “referred here and conveniently forgetten about”, so that is what I am doing. I gave these specimens to John Brown, who cares more about these than I ever will. He has been going through Inocybes, and has more unique sightings for CA now, then there are reffences. So, a reworking of CA Inocybes will be needed, and until then I will just group these smallish brown Inocybes together, until they can be split later.
I’changed my mind, and find that grouping these into I. maculata is a cop out, and I don’t know wihch might be the “real” I. maculata. So, until these are understood better, I’m putting them just under ‘sp.’
