Observation 188872: Mycena (Pers.) Roussel
When: 2014-11-06
No herbarium specimen

Notes: These were very beautiful small Agarics. In the forest light they appeared very dark brown. Under bright light of the sun they appeared to be gray.

The maximum cap size was about 1.3 cm.

Growing from a very rotted hardwood downed tree truck.

I saw no indication of a Partial Veil on even the tinniest button.

The spore print was white.
