Observation 18932: Hygrocybe subsect. Hygrocybe
When: 2009-02-25
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Didn’t have my boxes with me on this side-hike so it didn’t survive to be preserved. There were about a dozen of the little things scattered on a boggy patch of heath; CAP about 15 mm wide, conic, dark brown, glabrous, not viscid (but waxy-slick); GILLS pale yellowish, quite thick; STIPE yellowish turning brown toward top; SPORES pale (?); VEIL no sign of any.
