Looks like Aspicilia to me

Looks like lecanorine apothecia immersed in areoles. The abundant black dots could be either pycnidia or apothecial initials.

Both show two species of crustose lichen – white-off and grey ones. The subject of this observation is a grey lichen. It grows in crevices and protected places on sandstone butte (bottom photo). Of course there are others in the mix: Pleopsidium, Caloplaca and other critters.
