Notes: Have observed the fire brick red Ganoderma only once here (posted), but find these grey/brownish ones fairly often.
The tea brewed from them is tasty, not bitter, unless brewed a very long time. Medicinal effects as stated in some literature researched – increased strength, coordination without any stimulated feeling. Drank a strong mug full before going out in some rather large, critical waves here noticing a marked difference in stamina, strength and coordination, which I did not expect. The old carcass needs help these days.
