Notes: Small specimen, white with pinkish tones, stem pink the rest white, ring striate. For A. rubescens it lacks the bulb and the colour is too pinky which is unusual, for A. lactea it has a well attached ring.

The cap margin is not striate, the partial veil is present, the short gills are not squarely cut off. These characters don’t define the Validae, but the characters are shared by the Validae. I’ll make a guess that the spores will be amyloid and that the pink regions will intensify and darken over time toward a more typical rubescent staining.
