On a decayed log under tree ferns in native New Zealand forest.
Pileus: 30-50mm in diameter. Hemispheric to plane with maturity. Light tan in colour.
Stipe: 55-60mm long by 8-10mm in diameter. Slightly enlarged towards the bulbous base. colour light tan.
Lamellae: Attachment free. Close. Light pinkish white in colour.
Spore deposit: Light pink.
