Pileus size: 1 cm
Pileus color: bright orange/yellow
Pileus surface: shiny, moist, slippery/lubricous, sticky
When the pileus was bruised, it turned brown in various spots.
Pileus is striated near the margin.
Stipe is bruised easily, and turns from white to tan.
Stipe surface: dry, silky
Central stipe
Gills: free, wavy
Gills color: white
Gill width: 1mm
Gill spacing at margin: >1mm apart
Gill spacing half way to margin: >1mm apart
Lamellae: forked near margin
Stipe surface: smooth, fibrillose
Stipe shape: hollow
Stipe color: white
Stipe width: 0.4cm
Stipe length: 3cm
Stipe base: caespitose (many in a cluster (6) attached at base)
Pileus margin: not striate, smooth, mammilate, papillate, broadly parabolic
odor: musty
