Saprobic, Growing on wood in a cluster of 3
Spore print: rusty brown
Odor: clay
Pileus color: light brown/yellow
Pileus size: 2.7 cm
Pileus surface: shiny, silky, sticky (pileus margin thin lined with a brown ring)
Stipe surface: dry and dull
Stipe location: central
A white ring zone was visible on the stipe.
Small in size, but larger than the other two in the cluster which were half the size.
Gill attachment: adnexed, somewhat attached to the collar of the stipe
Gill margin: even
Pileal shape: broadly parabolic
Gill margin: even
Gills color: light brown, same color as the ring that lines the pileus margin
Gills width: 2 mm
Gill spacing at margin: >1/mm
Gill spacing 1/2 way to margin: >1/mm
Lamellae: regular
Lamellulae/short gills: 4 tiers
Stipe surface: fibrillose, glandular/dotted
Stipe shape: tapered at base at apex
Stipe color: light brown/grey
