Observation 191799: Dacrymyces Nees
When: 2014-11-20
No herbarium specimen

Notes: This is a reasonably common Jelly fungi that I see in this particular forest. This area has heavy to no rain fall and the fungi seems to be able to exist in both situations although growth habits vary with the rainfall and wet and dry conditions. The colour I find is not orange as typically shown but a more translucent Yellow.

Sorry Byrain, cant help you there. I was not able to keep a specimen as the distance and extreme heat on the day of the find prevented keeping this specimen. My apologies, chow, kk
