Observation 192075: Agaricales sensu lato
When: 2014-10-24
No herbarium specimen

Notes: The specimen was found attached to a piece of bark, on the underside. The stipe is less than a cm thick, while the pileus is 3.5 cm wide. The fungus is very flimsy with white gills and the piles is multicolored, ranging from white to brown to dark brown, with what might seem to be a purple shade. the stipes’ length is roughly 9 cm. While taking the fungus for further analysis in the lab, it darkened to brow/black yet the hymenium still seemed to be white with shades of brown.
