Notes: Found at 11:29 am.
Odor: strong perfume, flowers
Mycorrhizal, close to the base of an oak tree, and surrounded by more of the same type of mushroom.
Pileus size: 6.5cm
The top of the pileus was very sticky and slimy, and covered with white dots across the pileus.
Pileus color: white lining along the margin, but a mixture of dark brown, yellow, and red of colors in the middle, peeling at the margin shown by visible chunks of flesh missing
Pileus surface: shiny, silky, slippery/lubricous
Pileal shape: moderately indented, broadly convex to plane
Pileus margin: rolled margin
Stipe color: same as the pileus white with a mixture of dark brown, yellow, and red of colors (some peeling present)
Stipe width: 2 cm
Stipe length: 3.0 cm
Stipe shape: solid, short and thick
Stipe surface: dry, glandular/dotted,smooth, patches of yellow/brown visible
Stipe base:rhizoids
Location of stipe: central
Gill Attachment: arcuate
Gill margin: even
Gills color: light pink/faint yellow
Gills width: 2mm
There is not much space between the gills, hard to separate.

-1/2 way to margin: 1/mm apart
Lamellae: regular
Lamellulae/short gills length: 4 tiers
Spore measurements: Range 6.7-7.6 µm x 5.4-6.8 µm
