on sheltered wood of Juniperus occidentalis; exposed large south- to southwest-facing granite outcrop with scattered Juniperus occidentalis; granite outcrop 500 m southeast of Granite Lake

thallus thick pale lead gray verruculose continuous K+ dingy yellow, apothecia sessile with well-developed black lateral exciple and white pruinose rims, spores 1-septate brown with fine sprialled ridges/cracks (hard to make out, zoom in and out repeatedly to see) 10-17×6-8um
