Notes: It was found just south of Lake Michigan in the swale habitat. The cap is white with some tiny granules and broadly convex in shape. The hymenophore is white gills with spores that are a yellowish color. The stipe is white but color gets yellowish/brownish color and the inside of the stipe is stuffed. The mushroom seems to have an inserted stipe base.
