ITS and LSU sequences

The ITS sequence is a 100% match for Else Vellinga’s collection from Tilden and Lorelei’s collection from Portland and indicates this should be in Leucoagaricus. LSU sequence does not have any close matches and also indicates an affinity to Leucoagaricus.

There are two Lepiota decorata sequences in GenBank – one from Tilden Park and one from Portland. The sequences are the same except for a one base pair difference.
