Notes: Caps 33-37 mm. diameter, bell shaped with prominent umbo, somewhat radially groved and longitudinally lined with appressed fibrils; golden brown. Margin incurved to decurved, appearing “crimped” to rugose. Gills broad, subdistant, notched, serrulate edges, light brown to reddish brown. Stipe 40-47 mm long x4-5 mm at apex, equal, fibrous, flexible, stuffed with yellowish fibers, becoming hollow. Flesh yellowish white, extremely thin. No odor or taste dectected. Terrestrial in moss and grass near Virginia Pine. Spore print rust brown, and appro. 7-12 um x 3.5- 6.5 um wide.
