Notes: Pileus:
white, conical smooth.
It was found in an oak forest, solitary
no distinct smell, no taste test was done because of fear of being deadly.
the flesh is white and is 0.5 cm thick

free attachment, white.
no lamellae present.
2.5 cm long
no latex
the gill pattern is not distinct white they were <1 mm apart.

10 cm long with white flesh
volva: white, circumsessile
KOH tested on the pileus showed that the color changed from white to yellow.
