Tim, Thanks you for looking at our observations. Once-a-while, we are sending our collections to the UBC herbarium. This particular collection is not there and I have to ask Oluna to have a look for it in the collections that are still at home.
The UBC Herbarium has 14 other Oluna’s specimens identified as “Rhodocybe nuciolens” from Observatory Hill, and some of them may have the same ID problems. Do you want us to arrange a loan of them for you?
The Herbarium records field and two other fields (Coll.No. & DNA) that you see on the front page of our MO observations are generated automatically and do not have any sense. I am trying to get them out from our observations. Pay no attention to them.
BTW, Mushroom Observer has a Mushroom Observer Discussion Facebook book and it would be great if you could join us.
I will get in touch with you regarding to some our other projects that we have on the back burner. All the best for now, Adolf
