Habit: Growing on the ground, near an oak tree.
Pileus size: 3.5 cm
Pileus Color: beige yellowish to whitish color cap.
Pileus surface: Dry
Stipe surface: Dry
Pileal Surface: Smooth cap
Pileus margin: Hanging white membrane remnants. (The partial veil remnants)
Pileal shape: Broadly convex
Gill attachment: Free from the stem
Gill margin: Even
Gills/ lamellae: regular, appears to have 2 tiers.
Odor/ Taste: Not distinctive
