I suppose it’s a bit tricky to just lump together shrooms cause I found ’em kinda spacially temporally connected! :)

I’m glad to have your various observations on B. bicolor confusing species!

Fitrst photo (top) looks like bicolor to me.

But the other photo may be a diffeent species… maybe B. rubellus or B. fraternus? Stipe surface looks different than I generally expect with the bicolor types. Actually, I don’t have much confidence in this proposal of mine. Smallish specimens of bicolor are apt to be confused with rubellus/fraternus/campestris.
