Can’t see it in the photos, but Andrew is (of course) right — this thing does have corticate tiny bright green convex areoles bursting into soredia. C+ pink.

C. chamaecyparicola, e.g., can be very green. Should be up there on conifer wood, esp. cedar of course.

but under the microscope the green stuff looks like nice round lumps of soredia (can actually be seen in some photos).
