Observation 195243: Polyporales sensu lato

Growing on an old log, probably a pine.
Caps up to 3.5 cm across.
Caps and tubes soft and spongy.
Tubes ~ 4-5 mm long.
Spore print white and spores not amyloid.
Spores ~ 4.1-6.0 X 1.0-1.7 microns, sausage shaped and smooth.
No distinctive odor.
Could be a young Tyromyces/Oligoporus chiones or similar species.
But the pores seem too large and tubes quite loose for the usual suspects?
