Growth style: closely scattered individuals
Cap: to ~6 cm, convex to flat to upturned, “orangish”-brown, darker center, many small surface warts

Stipe: length to ~13 × 0.5 cm, see details in photos
Spores: spherical, average diameter 8.5 μm, warty; print white
