Notes: Specimen sent to me for examination by Michael Weese.

Red and yellow Ganoderma, growing from Oak, stipitate form.Round pores,3-4 per mm Dark melanoid inculsions in context, rounded clublike cuticle cells. No chlamydospores present in culture.

Culture shares similarities with G.meredithiae being plumose and dendritic instead of even growth. However, G.meredithiae is only known from the Gulf coast, and only from Pine species.
