Observation 196391: Amanita muscaria (L.) Lam.
When: 2014-10-18
No herbarium specimen

Notes: This was a very mature specimen found under a row of silver birch trees at the back of the church cemetary in Kirkby Mallory. There were the rotting remnants of a huge number of these all along the fence. The mycelium clearly extends all the way across the boundary line between the churchyard and the field beyond.
