No herbarium specimen

Notes: foundin wood chips amongst many other similar mushrooms may be the same.long stems dark blackish spore print.no blue bruising that I can see.
stems wind drive or reddish.may be Liberty Cap? notice mushroom growing off of a cap of another mushroom first time I’ve ever seen this.heavily shaded area.

Recognized by sight: Not sure of exact species, but these look like they’re in the Panaeolus genera to me. They don’t have the distinctive pointed umbo on the cap that Psilocybe semilanceata (Liberty Cap) have.
