Observation 196645: Polyporales sensu lato
When: 2015-01-15

Notes: Small yellowish? fungi on deadwood. I think this fungi may be associated with the cause of timber rot. (only a guess, but I seem to have read this somewhere.)
fungi found in Eucalyptus & Semi-rainforest area that was in continuous shade and damp after moderate rain. Only the one specimen located in the area. It was located in the small hollow of a section of a branch that had lost a limb. The fungi was well situated in the concave of the shape.
