Notes: Growing on old log in mixed woods.
Brown spores ~ 5.0-6.2 microns, mostly globose and slightly rough.
KOH on cap and gills slowly red.

are variable from various sources. Crepidotus crocophyllus is fairly common here. Never saw it with gills this pale.

C. mollis until I looked at the spores. The C. mollis has bigger and more elliptical spores(7-11 X 4.5-6.5) and these fit C. crocophyllus much better.
