Specimen available

Growing in mixed woods, mostly Doug. fir, Bay laurel and live oak.
Caps up to 9.7 cm across.
Gills grayish and slightly decurrent.
Spore print white and spores not amyloid.
Spores ` 4.5-5.0 X 3.0-3.2 microns, ellipsoid and smooth.
Edit 9-18-2015;
Rechecked a few spores in Congo red + KOH for better clarity(see photos). They seemed closer to ~ 5 X 3.8 microns which is a little larger than reported by Murrill.
