Observation 196883: Gymnopus subnudus (Ellis ex Peck) Halling

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Terrestrial in mixed woods. Dominant species is Quercus. small mushrooms with a reddish brown stipe that is whiter at the apex. Caps convex to applanate, plicate striate. There also seems to be some granules in the depressions on some caps. Gills whitish, intervenose with tiers of lamellulae.

Match Kuo’s description. Growth on Oak leaves, fuzzy stipe, gill spacing, and cap striations.
