When: 2014-12-20

Collection location: near Odemira, Beja, Alentejo, Portugal [Click for map]

37.4466° -8.762°

Who: Rowan Puttergill (roboro)

No specimen available

Notes:
These seemed abundant along the roadside, growing out of large stumps of deadwood. The area had a mixture of pine and eucalyptus.
The mushrooms were very brightly coloured and seemed to grow pretty large. I was also struck by the thickness of the stipe.
