Recognized by sight: Stipe present; cap present; cap somewhat off-center. Looks like a Tricholoma. Justin, I think the second photo is of Calostoma. If so, it should probably be removed from this obs.

the second and fourth photos are of other fungi. The second photo looks like one identified as Calostoma. The fourth photo looks to be of Pleurotus or similar fungus growing on wood. The first and third photos appear to be terrestrial.
