Notes: Greenish cap with lined margin, slightly depressed in center with yellowish areas, and surface breaking up into small crust-like patches (areolate)? Gills close, white, some forking, and it appears that they are intervenose near the margin. Few lamellulae present. No spore print, odor or taste. Terrestrial in mixed woods. Quercus, Acer, and Betula lenta.
