Notes: Small to medium sized fungi with light brown cap with cracking effect, white dense stipe short and thick, shallow rooted in forest soil covered with Eucalyptus leaves and debris.Underneath the cap pores light in colour.

Xanthoconium based on other specimens I have seen in Queensland, and they at least appear generically the same as what I have seen in E USA.
