Could be a pale Caloplaca too

Or other species of Candelariella. I’m guessing C. antennaria because it has a gray thallus. But if the thallus is merely absent (but yellow where present), then it could be C. vitellina (or perhaps other species), too. K test will rule out Caloplaca definitively. Close-up of thallus will help with the rest. And of course spores can always help. In particular, with Candelariella, you need to know if it has 16+ spores per ascus or only 8.
