Ok I looked your suggestion up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inocybe. It mentions that that particular fungus flattens down with age.

Thanks, I see the pictures for Agaricales sensu lato and quickly googled for more info. That makes more sense :)

because of limited perspective (only one photo) this appears to be a gilled mushroom (Agaricales). In this case, it is quite doubtful that Suillus applies here.
