Very brittle mushroom with pinkish or pale lilac appressed fibrils; light violet on disc. Flesh white but appearing to become yellowish. Stipe tapering to base but ventricose in center; white background with pinkish to lilac overtones. Gills attached, close to subdistant. No taste, odor or spore print.

Dario and Jacob. I’m cleaning out some files and didn’t remember what type of substrate this was on. I have found T. rutilans many years ago but it was much smaller than this. In any event I did not recognize it as such. Thanks again.
